A shell you can build a table around. This large Italian art glass centerpiece is shaped like a seashell: pleated ridges run the length of it and open into a wide bowl whose iridescent inside catches the light in white, amber, and turquoise.
The bowl is spun glass, worked by hand, so the folds and colors fall a little differently on every piece — no two are exactly alike. It suits a dining table, a console, or a coastal or modern room, and it is just as happy standing on its own as holding fruit or shells.
